Terms and Conditions

Bookings

 

1. Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking.

2. We can only accept payments made through the website or via direct bank transfer, cash is not accepted. 

3. If you need to cancel a booked session, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.  We are usually happy to reschedule or refund any bookings where possible, but this remains at our discretion based on the circumstances. 

 

Using the Studios

 

1. All facilities provided are used entirely at the customer’s own risk.

2. We accept no liability for any loss or damage, however caused, to any property brought onto the premises.

3. Although every effort will be made to provide the facilities listed, we reserve the right to change their specification without notice.

4. We reserve the right to refuse permission for customers to use their own equipment if it is considered dangerous or that it might damage the studio facilities.

5. Under no circumstances are customers permitted to interfere, modify, change, or in any way tamper with equipment provided as part of the booking.   

6. Clients are expected to take reasonable care of all facilities provided and only use them for their intended purpose. 

7. All rubbish is to be placed into the provided bins.  Should the bins be full, for any reason you must take your rubbish home and notify us immediately so we can arrange for the bins to be emptied. 

 

Damage

 

1. We understand that some consumable items, such as drum skins, will get damaged as part of normal wear and tear.  If this happens during a session, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for repairs/replacement. 

2. Should any damage occur to non-consumable items, such as fixtures/fittings or electronic equipment, you must notify us immediately so that we can assess the damage and arrange for repair/replacement.

3. We reserve the right to investigate how the damage occurred and, where appropriate, charge the relevant customer for any repair/replacement costs. 

 

Smoking

 

1. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all our studios, communal areas and indoor spaces.

2. Should anyone be found or reported to have been smoking indoors they will be asked to leave immediately, and their session terminated with no refund.

3. We reserve the right to prevent that individual from making future bookings with us, should we deem it necessary in the circumstances.

4. Random spot checks will be carried out by staff.

 

Drugs

 

1. The use of illegal drugs and controlled substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all our studios, communal areas, indoor spaces and anywhere outside on site. 

2. We operate a strict zero tolerance policy to drugs and should anyone be found or reported to have been using illegal drugs they will be asked to leave immediately, and their session terminated with no refund.  

3. Any reports of drug use will be reported to Thames Valley Police along with any supporting CCTV or evidence. 

4. We reserve the right to prevent that individual from making future bookings with us, should we deem it necessary in the circumstances.

5. Random spot checks will be carried out by staff.

 

CCTV

 

1. CCTV is in operation on our premises as a security and safety measure, both indoors and outdoors.

2. The footage is stored for approximately 14 days and only viewed in the event of an incident needing to be investigated, and only with the authorisation of the Managing Director. 

3. Should you have any queries in relation to the use of CCTV on our premises, please contact us to discuss the matter.
